Automating Emergency Information System (EmIS) Force Majeure cases and Circulars Handling

Subject

This call for tenders concerns the development and provision of an integrated solution for the electronic handling and treatment of EmIS messages, force majeure cases and circulars to the UPU. The objective is to have the new system up and running within 9 months after granting the project to the selected provider.
