Courses on digital transformation
Inclusive Digital Transformation in the Public Sector
In collaboration with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the UPU has developed a certified training on "Inclusive Digital Transformation in the Public Sector".
The joint course is open for registration with the deadline on 20 April 2026. It will be an online instructor-led training delivered on the ITU Academy platform on 18 – 29 May 2026. Interested participants can register directly here.
The training is particularly relevant for policy makers and regulators dealing with digital connectivity, telecommunications or digital transformations.
This online instructor-led training course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of how digital technologies can enable inclusive public service delivery and governance, and how to practically drive digital transformation in the public sector, leaving no one behind.
Through theoretical insights, practical examples from global as well as national initiatives and hands-on exercises, learners will explore strategies for implementing digital changes within their organization. They will also learn how the postal network can be effectively leveraged for digitally empowering even the harder-to-reach populations, including those in rural and underserved areas, women, MSMEs, or marginalized communities. This course also aims to equip learners with practical skills and knowledge to effectively lead and participate in digital transformation.
