CDS Line of products

Customs declaration management

Each applications of CDS Line of products  is an interoperable customs declaration system, which allows EDI CUSITM and CUSRSP messages to be exchanged between Customs and designated operators so that customs formalities can be completed prior to the arrival of postal items (and ITMATT messages can be exchanged between designated operators).

CDS Line of products has three main products:

CDS - Customs Declaration System

Customs declaration management application used by designated operators and Customs.

CDS.POST

Web-based customs declaration management application used by designated operators and Customs, hosted by the UPU

CDS Kiosk

A kiosk function enables customers to personally fill in the necessary information on customs declaration forms, using functionalities that facilitate the entry of the customer’s address and customs tariffs.

The easiest way to prepare your Customs declarations

EAD mobile app provides mail items’ electronically advanced data capture, transmitting it to Postal operators and Customs. Replacing CN22/CN23 paper forms enables customs authorities to use the electronic information for expedited clearance, in conformity with their national laws.
