Staff/stress counsellor

This call for tenders concerns the provision of counselling and stress management services for the staff of the UPU International Bureau for a period of four years. The selected service provider will provide confidential counselling services, group training and psychological first aid to employees facing personal and work-related challenges. The services will be delivered in a hybrid format, both via remote means and through in-person sessions in Berne, Switzerland.
