The UPU wishes to contract the provision of maintenance and hosting services for the www.ems.post website.
The scope of work for the maintenance and hosting of the EMS website is to provide a high level of functional and technical expertise support, including the ability to investigate the source code and identify the advanced setup of the application and/or the infrastructure in place. It includes corrective, preventive and evolution maintenance
The deadline for submission of proposals is 4 January 2021 at 16.00 Central European Summer Time (CEST).

| Evolution maintenance services are provided upon request and within the limits of a pre-defined budget agreed upon between the Parties. It requires an amendment to the Agreement after due completion of applicable UPU procedures and approvals and pursuant to applicable UPU rules. | The Bidder should indicate the service level agreement (SLA) for support. The reaction and resolution time should apply during business hours from Monday to Friday. The Vendor will perform a majority of the work at its own premises. The Vendor will be required to meet UPU team once per week to provide a status update. This may be conducted by e-mail, teleconference or at the UPU’s premises, according to the requirements of the project as it develops. Additionally, all project reviews will be held at the UPU and attended by the Bidder. The UPU will provide and arrange meeting rooms within its facility for all required Bidder meetings.
