Acquisition of DELL, LENOVO or HPE computers and associated hardware for UPU International Bureau staff and UPU Congresses 

Subject

This call for tenders concerns the provision of the following hardware to the UPU, as well as associated mainte­nance and support services for a period of three years.

No mixing of brands will be accepted within the same offer: it must comprise only DELL, only HPE or only LENOVO.

  • Purchase of 270 standard laptops;
  • Purchase of 12 VIP laptops;
  • Purchase of 40 developer’s PC towers;
  • Purchase of 13 graphic PC towers;
  • Purchase of 295 monitors;
  • Purchase of 25 small form factor (SFF) computers;
  • Purchase of 15 universal docking stations;
  • Purchase of 295 wired external keyboards;
  • Purchase of 295 wired external mice.

 The deadline for the submission of tenders is 28 April 2023 at 20.00 CEST.
