Provisional quality-linked terminal dues rates in 2025
All designated operators (DOs) of UPU member countries are kindly requested to examine IB circular letter 0426(DPRM.PPRE.RDI)1042 of 11 April 2024, concerning the collection of information for the implementation of the terminal dues systems applicable in 2025, and to provide the International Bureau with all relevant information by completing the forms in Annexes 1, 2 and 3.
The duly completed forms should be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 1 June 2024, by e-mail to Mr Vytis Staskevicius (vytis.staskevicius@upu.int) and Ms Virginia Espinoza (virginia.espinoza@upu.int).
