Quality of Service Fund Board 

The QSF Board is the governing body responsible for administering and managing the affairs of the QSF. The QSF Board fulfils its governance obligations in accordance with the QSF Rules and Procedures and reports to the Postal Operations Council (POC). 

The Board consists of 11 UPU member countries represented by Contributing Countries (CON) and Beneficiary Countries (BEN), including one Chair and one Vice-Chair, elected by the POC in accordance with the procedures stipulated in Article 7 of the QSF Rules of Procedure (RoP).
