IPS Line of products

Systems for the IPS Line of products are integrated international mail management applications that combine mail processing, operational management and EDI messaging into one application.

Systems for the IPS Line of products provide a means for postal enterprises to have an accurate and comprehensive view of their mail movement covering every point between origin and destination, including transit offices of exchange, international carriers, and handling through Customs.

The purpose of those systems is to help Posts to improve the quality of their international mail service through comprehensive measurement of the mail delivery cycle and end-to-end monitoring of items, receptacles and dispatches.

Main systems

IPS Line of products has three main systems:

IPS - International Postal System

Client/server mail management application hosted by designated operator

IPS.POST

Cloud version of IPS in a shared environment for small volumes of mail, hosted by the PTC

IPS Cloud

Mail management system hosted by the UPU on behalf of operators with all IPS functionalities
