Consultancy services: preparation of a postal trade inclusion e-learning course

The purpose of this call for tenders is to seek a consultant to analyze current postal trade facilitation survey data, to prepare recommendations and advice on postal trade facilitation, and to design a trade facilitation e-learning course for postal policymakers and postal executives.
