This call for tenders concerns the provision of consultancy services to support the development and imple­mentation of the Global Monitoring System (GMS) at Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos, the desig­nated operator of Brazil (hereinafter referred to as “Brazil Post”), in particular at its offices located in São Paulo, Brazil.
