Order a publication

UPU publications are mostly available to the general public in French and/or English. Some have been translated into Arabic, Chinese, German, Portuguese, Spanish or Russian. The languages in which each publication is available are listed on the publications order form.

The prices quoted are in Swiss francs and include non-priority book rate postage. If you require priority or express shipment, please indicate as such on the order form. There is an extra charge for this service. All orders must be prepaid, either by cheque or money order made out in Swiss francs, or by credit card (American Express, Mastercard or VISA). In order to provide a secure environment for your credit card transaction, a dedicated fax machine has been set up to receive your orders.

Please complete your order by selecting the language and quantity for each publication that you wish to order; then fill in the address and credit card details on the second page of the form; print the order form and send it by fax to the number indicated on the form.

According to UPU rules, staff of UPU member countries (designated operators, regulators or ministries) are entitled to a discount for these and other specialized publications intended for postal use. The full list of these publications is also provided, as part of a separate order form.
