QSF activities and Commutations
Training and Workshops
In order to facilitate access to QSF funds the QSF Secretariat conducts trainings for DOs and national coordinators to help them formulate, manage and oversee all aspects of projects set up in their countries. Sessions are held periodically to train new people or provide updates on certain aspects of QSF operations. Regional training is usually organized in conjunction with the local Restricted Union. In addition, national coordinators and any other participants in QSF projects are invited to follow the online training course provided via the UPU's TRAINPOST system. This four-module course aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of managers responsible for QSF in the areas of project development and implementation. It is available in English, French, Arabic and Spanish.
The QSF activities are supported by publications and flagship reports such Cycle Reports and Studies by the QSF secretariat within the International Bureau. These publications help inform QSF stakeholders and DOs alike about the recent development and updates regarding the Fund’s activities.

The QSF E-Newsletter is a quarterly/regular bulletin on current development in projects aimed at improving the quality of postal services in Beneficiary Countries. It aims at keeping abreast QSF stakeholders of recent and ongoing development in relation to project status. The E-Newsletter also serves as promotional tool for QSF to disseminate updated information about the Fund’s activities and its millstone achievements.
