DOP-QSF Projects is a unit within the International Bureau mandated for the management of the QSF projects and provides guidance to applicant Beneficiary designated operators (DOs) in their project designs and processes.
The QSF-Projects team assists DOs of the member countries to formulate and submit their projects for the QSF Board’s approval, and then supports their implementation.  The QSF Secretariat also plays an important role as the intermediary between the Board and the designated operators, serving as a point of contact for designated operators’ communications with the Board. The QSF Secretariat engages closely and rigorously with designated operators on all matters relating to QSF projects.
