Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and private foundations are increasingly becoming key development partners for many UN organizations, at both a global and national level.
This is also the case for the UPU, which has, for example, been working for many years with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to foster financial inclusion and develop inclusive access to financial services for underserved populations around the world.
