World Post Day Ceremony Programme:
 
10:00 a.m. – Opening ceremony
 
10:25 a.m. – “Innovate to recover” interactive session
 
11:15 a.m. – Recognition of Poste Italiane employees for intercepting the letter addressed to Pope Francis containing bullets
 
11:30 a.m.  – Awards for the UPU’s Integrated Index for Postal Development (2IPD)
 
12:00 p.m. – “Best of the Best Letters” competition to celebrate the 50^th Anniversary of the UPU’s International Letter-Writing Competition for Young People
 
12:30 p.m. – Closing ceremony

Staff Appreciation Ceremony Programme:

2:00 p.m. – Opening ceremony
 
2:10 p.m. – Awards ceremony

• Award to Green Champions

2:20 p.m. – Keynote speaker, Jim Lawless, on staying motivated at work during the pandemic
