In 2020, the Universal Postal Union (UPU) has decided to re-brand the World Postal Business Forum. Now called the World Leaders Forum, this dynamic new event will be held virtually on 12 October, as part of a series of events organized by UKI Media.
High-profile individuals in the field of the postal business will hold in-depth discussions emphasizing best practices and their experiences during the global COVID-19 pandemic. Forum sessions include an interview with Bishar A. Hussein, the Director General of the UPU, titled, "Looking to the future, learning through the past,” and “Posts, the pandemic and finding a new purpose.” After a lunch break, the Forum offers a discussion titled, "A platform for change: Digital and business transformation in the marketplace."
The Forum ends with an open session led by Pascal Clivaz, the Deputy Director General of the UPU, who will help draw together the themes of the day and encourage consideration of the main challenges and priorities of the coming years.
